A new ability to build.

The knowledge was already there. Modern AI tools made it possible to build a new consumer experience around it.

More than 25 years in aged care financial advice and approximately 20 years at Macquarie Bank gave Brendan a practical body of modelling experience and a close view of the problems families face.

For years, much of that work lived in spreadsheets. AI-assisted development opened up the ability to build, test and refine useful apps around that knowledge, and put them directly into people's hands.

The result is an expanding set of tools built alongside an operating advice business. Real family questions continue to shape what we build and improve.

2014

An Innovate NSW MVP grant supported an early childcare cost calculator. Today's apps extend that original idea: start with the family, then apply the rules.

Logic can explain much of what families need to understand. Personal recommendations also call for judgement, context and a professional relationship.

Through Later Life Advice, we help families evaluate retirement, the family home, care at home and residential aged care. That work informs the tools, and the tools help families prepare for better conversations.
